Michelle Jacquet Branch-Landau.was born on
2nd July 1983, she is a renowned singer, guitarist and songwriter of
America. Her songs belong to the genre pop rock and country. Instruments
like piano, guitar, mandolin, harmonica and accordion are used in most
of Michelle Branch’s creations.
Michelle Branch’s father is an Irish and mother a Netherlander. Since the age of 8 she started taking voice lessons. At the age of fourteen Michelle Branch composed her first song. For chasing her dreams and making them come true she started taking school lessons from home, with full support from her family.
On 23rd May 2004 she married her bass player, Teddy Landau. He is 19 years older than Michelle Branch. They had a baby girl born on 3rd August 2005 and named her Owen Isabelle.
