and rose to fame during the late 1990s. Along with singing, she has also
worked as a songwriter, actress, model, dancer and record producer.
Professionally known as Mya, she acted in the films Chicago and Cursed.
She is considered to be an R&B and pop artist. Her most significant and commercially successful works include ‘It’s All About Me’, ‘The Best of Me’ and ‘Case of the Ex’. Mya is associated with big label names such as Interscope and Motown.
